Hi Billy-
Claudia had to leave to another inspection so she could not return to deliver the sprays you requested. We can deliver them on another day. Normally we dont do this for tenants, as this is why Owners have pest control services for the properties and whenever tenants report spiders, ants, roaches, fleas, rodents, etc we send pest control services to treat and spray the units, but we will make an exception for you.
On another note, when Claudia left this afternoon she left the technician, Martin, working in the unit. He finished the weather proofing on the door but says you did not allow him to seal the cracks in the interior of the unit. I dont understand why you did this, when I mentioned to you we needed to get this done in order to comply.
BILLY LOWE NOTE: I WAS GIVEN NO PPWK ON WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND LEAVING A WORKER WITH ME UNSUPERVISED AND NOT ON MY PAYROLL IS NOT MY DISCRETION TO TELL HIM TO WORK OR NOT. OFFICER MAY SAID "FIX CRACKS" IN REPORT WHICH i HAVEN'T SEEN - AND i HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO TELL WORKERS TO WORK OR NOT. iT WAS 3:30PM AS HE WAS LEAVING AND I ASKED HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO FIX CRACKS AND IT SEEMED LIKE A3-4 DAY PROJECT AND HE SAID IT WAS. SO AT 3:30PM - I WAS NOT INCLINED TO HAVE ANYONE START SOMETHING LIKE THAT. i ASKED HIM IF HE NEEDEDD THE HOURS AND IF SO HE SHOULD STAY AND WORK. hE SAID HE DID NOT AND IT WASN'T PAID OUT LIKE THAT.
Martin (the maintenance technician) went to Home Depot to buy all the equipment he needed in order to make this happen and was aware he was to cover up all necessary areas and clean up when finished. This is what they do for a living, so they are aware what areas need proper coverage. Please let me know why you did not let him complete the work?
Lastly, the heating vendor says he will be coming back to install a New heater. they took down the dimensions and type of heater that is needed. We will call you back to let you know when they will do the installation. Also, they may not seal the walls after installation right away as we will need a permit that all is clear from the City Building and Safety dept. This requires an inspection from the City inspector.
I will await for your response. Its important you allow the workers to do the work. I know its a burden to have people come in and out, but this is the only way we can have the repairs done.

Please be informed that Toya is actually on long term leave and we dont know when she is expected back.
At this point, if she does not come back to work the property will be assigned to a new supervisor but for now Claudia and I are covering for her until we get updates of her whereabouts or until upper management decides on what to do.
Claudia is a Supervisor and she is helping me cover all the properties we have so both of us will be your contact.
What is your schedule like next week to have the Heat vendor check out your device. Please know that these are 3rd party vendors and they give us a window time of arrival of about 2-4hrs. Since it sounds like the vendor may need to replace the device, he needs to enter to see the type of heater you have to find new replacement.
As for the cracks on exterior, these will be sealed by 1/10.
We need to seal cracks on the inside of your unit, weatherstrip the door. For this, we will use another vendor.
Lastly, we can fumigate interior of unit as well.
Are you available next week? If you arent that's ok, we can let vendors in and meet with them but we need access to your unit and permission to enter.
Please know time is of essence as I need to give inspector May and update and show proof we have complied.

The gas company was out to inspect the heating element because I wanted to know if they’re worth traces of infestation or potential eggs line behind who knows what and they didn’t come out two agreed that there could possibly be something but this was “out of their scope “
I love that new corporate phrase that everyone’s using out of my scope. They did find crack in the unit and this heater cannot be used until that is replaced. By the way this is the same issue that I faced only a few years ago and wasn’t this replaced then order that never get done?
I’ve been I’ve asked you once again for information on the exterminator who no showed and I ask you for that two weeks ago and you did not get me that information. Is there a reason that he no showed is there a reason that the substitute was not presented?
This is now eight weeks that I have been living in an unhealthy and unfit situation that doesn’t just affect me it’s the whole building. From a client management perspective I cannot imagine not seeing a property that I have been charged with to manage and care for. From a personal humanities perspective I would never ever manage a property for which I was charged the health and well-being and safety of individuals living in that unit. I could not sleep with myself knowing that someone might be hurting and knowing that someone cannot even use the restroom comfortably without holding a hair dryer in his hands try to keep himself safe and not bitten. I could not sleep with myself Knowing that I was trusted to care for and maintain a building and the people therein, if I were allowing them to be hurt and by not protecting the people in the building, you are in favor of their hurt and their pain and suffering. Shame come to you and your household.
