Merline. This is the THIRD time the gas company has been out.
Armando replaces hot water heater on feb 5 and due to leaks once again they can not turn my gas back on.
I will be invoicing you $100 per day for EACH DAY since January 9 when I first notified you about all of this.
Please see the attached notes from gas company. This is a hazardous issue and needs to be corrected for all of our safety

Per your request I availed last Thursday for the delivery with Armando and that didn't happen. I stayed home Friday too anticipating delivery.
Let's do tomorrow (Tuesday March 1) and then I have to schedule gas to turn on stove.

We would like to deliver the stove today or no later than tomorrow. We do not have a time frame exactly, because it is being delivered by Lowe's Home Improvement (The company) and they do not give you an exact time. Everything is on call with them.
I will keep you updated once the delivery guys are on route. Meanwhile, we just need permission to enter your unit becuase we cant leave the stove sitting outside. Im afraid it will be stolen.

Claudia had to leave to another inspection so she could not return to deliver the sprays you requested. We can deliver them on another day. Normally we dont do this for tenants, as this is why Owners have pest control services for the properties and whenever tenants report spiders, ants, roaches, fleas, rodents, etc we send pest control services to treat and spray the units, but we will make an exception for you.
On another note, when Claudia left this afternoon she left the technician, Martin, working in the unit. He finished the weather proofing on the door but says you did not allow him to seal the cracks in the interior of the unit. I dont understand why you did this, when I mentioned to you we needed to get this done in order to comply.
Martin (the maintenance technician) went to Home Depot to buy all the equipment he needed in order to make this happen and was aware he was to cover up all necessary areas and clean up when finished. This is what they do for a living, so they are aware what areas need proper coverage. Please let me know why you did not let him complete the work?
Lastly, the heating vendor says he will be coming back to install a New heater. they took down the dimensions and type of heater that is needed. We will call you back to let you know when they will do the installation. Also, they may not seal the walls after installation right away as we will need a permit that all is clear from the City Building and Safety dept. This requires an inspection from the City inspector.
I will await for your response. Its important you allow the workers to do the work. I know its a burden to have people come in and out, but this is the only way we can have the repairs done.
