George suggested some home care as well as “discovery” to catch anything visible in paper cup and place on clean napkin. He advised Lowe to treat with an anti-inflammatory cream and if situation worsened to visit Saban clinic.

Lowe asked of neighbor (Isaiah) if he were using any poison or weed killer when gardening outside (underneath Lowe’s kitchen/dining area). Isaiah answered “No if u believe somebody may be trying to get back at you then that too would be something to investigate. Sometimes people do spray/place poisons to get back at people unfortuntely.” See copy of email.
(Note; Lowe has no one trying to “get back” so this was an alarming response. Isaiah has mentioned poison and poisoning on many occasions).

Lowe visited pet store Animal Crackers to get spray/treatment. Owner’s first question was “Are there cats outside” to which Lowe shared about cats next door and owner said “There’s your problem.” and expressed what a huge risk that it is. Lowe purchased spray for rooms and furniture.

Beetles inspected apartment said “piles of dirt” and “didn’t see” live infestation. Lowe asked if he was going to spray or treat even for preventative measures and Sigman said no because he didn’t know what he was spraying for. Then he suggested to Lowe to try to catch something and keep it alive and in a plastic container, at which point he would return and examine.

Martha Barroso (LA County Dpt of Public Healh) Came to inspectLowe's apartmentAndWas present for 15 or 20 minutes,And Agreed with low that there is definitely something in the apartment or in the building, but could not issue a citation for a request to treat Of any kind,Because it was not bed bugs and because it was"jumping" She expressed to Lowe that few agents are basically out to look for bedbugs for infectious disease sort of concerns and that if Lowe saw any other activity to please call her again and they would reopened case. Martha toured the apartment with Lowe beamng a flashlight left to right in front of her.

Exterminator booked - called Lowe last min to see if he could come that day (within ½ hour) and asked Lowe not to be home. Sounded fishy. Then he said he had to get to Long Beach and if Lowe wanted to reschedule - Lowe agreed. Extereminator said he may be in area on Monday would advise.
